Any Image control effect like Lightroom’s Clarity?
I’m dealing with footage of fire, and with lightroom I can punch out the textures in the flames really well… see attached
Does anyone know of any technique or plugin that could help replicate the sort of edge and texture that Lightrooms ‘clarity’ adjustment gets?

Not sure if it will do what you want but I think you should have a look at Tonalizer VFX Pro.
