Any good video tutorials on Titles (using lens flares, glowing lines, etc)
I’m just a new user and was interested in videos using fancy title techniques, for instance exploding text onto the screen, etc.
Also I’ve seen techniques and excuse my bad terminology but it was along the lines of these glowing lines moving around the screen and seeing text just come out of nowhere.
If you get the gist of what I’m saying perhaps you could recommend some tutorials

I was going to suggest Ayatoweb because they are very interesting, but as a new user you will probably struggle with it.
Make sure you have a good foundation of AE basics first before you start trying do do fancy things or you will just end up frustrated.
Here’s a great place to start.VideoCopilot has some great foundation tutorials (linked to in the previous resource as well) but they also have a ton of more advanced tutorials.
There are, of course, tons of great tutorials here on the COW including this oldie-but-goodie.
