  Any Equipment(s) out there to convert NTSC to PAL format? Plz advise.

  Hi,

  Can anyone advise/help me out?
  I am completing grad school here in the US and while in school I have been purchasing TV broadcasting equipments as my dream is to set up a small analog TV station in Tanzania – Africa. However, upon research I realized that Tanzania observes a PAL format. My American equipments are in NTSC format.

  My question to you, is it still possible to use NTSC format equipments in a country that uses PAL format?
