Any competition worthy from MODO?
Hey guys,
I’ve been an avid Cinema 4D user for years but a co-worker turned me on to MODO which seems really impressive. It runs around $1000 but the renderings are beautiful.
Anyone have any experience, positive or negative with this one? How does it compare with C4D?
In looking at some of the movies and images and what’s next in the newer version, I was actually getting a little excited! Here’s the link to the Luxology site….

Modo is nice application for modeling and rendering, but it’s animation tools are primitive at best.
