When making credits roll (scroll) up the screen the text effect is smooth, but the text itself is not smooth. I’ve looked at the export options and don’t see anything that might anti-alias it. Is there a way to use the 3d line art text for the roll? Suggestions?

    Thanks, Jeffrey

Boris has admitted there’s a problem, should have been fixed with the .02 update but wasn’t. I was told of the work-around but can’t find the email. Sorry, I know this isn’t much help. Maybe someone from Boris will chime in.

    Found it…..

“Yes working in the Engine will correct this; the problem is specific to using Red as a generator in FCP.

This is strictly a problem using RED as a generator in FCP.
Using the RED filter or transition in FCP should work fine.

Also, as a rule of thumb. Anytime you have a graphic element move around the screen, you want to enable motion blur for that track.
