annoying timeline issue
so, I find this strange. Let’s say i move a sound Fx into my timeline, and then i decide i want to shorten it. well, I do just that by dragging the edge of the sound on the timeline and move it to my desired length. The portion of the sound fx that has been erased still plays! actually, no matter where i move it to the fx still plays where i originally put it. what’s the deal????
this is really annoying and bizzare.
any solution to this?

I just tried what I think you did and didn’t have that problem. I put a wav on the time line, added a reverb effect to that track, then dragged the edge to shorten the wav and the reverb stopped where the wave did, Are you doing something different than that? Danny
