    Hey,
So Its really annoying because when I put my clip onto sony vegas, and I zoom up on the video using the zoom tool, when the camera moves, there are these annoying lines that make the quality less good of the product. So its really annoying, how the heck can i fix this please? Thanks SOOO much!

Unfortunately what you are experiencing is a consequence of excessive panning and cropping of video. You can usually get away with maybe 10% or 20% of cropping, but after that, visual artefacts such as the ones you describe creep in.

I think you might have to review your camera work and frame things a bit tighter or better so as to avoid having to zoom in on video events ‘after the fact’, or use the optics of the camera in real time to zoom, rather than attempt it digitally in post production.

If it is something you can reshoot, you should seriously reconsider it.

They might be interlace lines. Are your project settings set to Progressive scan, interlace type – blend or interpolate?

Which solution helped? Was it an interlacing or cropping issue?

Im pretty sure it was a cropping issue, but what I dont understand is that another person on youtube zooms in on her video and then zooms out and there are no annoying lines on her video. So there must be a way to do it without having the lines, hmmmm where the heck can I figure out how I can do this? hmm 😕 thanks very much!
