  Animation presets duplicated, AE slowed down

  Anyone else seen this? While working I got thrown a 3min loading box, and when it finished I had 3 duplicates of every Animation Preset, and now AE runs slower.

  Every copy of each preset links to a single file in the Finder, so I have no idea how/what to delete to purge these duplicate. Any advice? Thanks!
