Animating the position of baked particles
Hi there, C4D baked particles question here ?
I’m just wondering if any knows the best way to (or if it’s possible at all) to bake particles from an emitter and then animate the position of the baked particles without the emitted particles being effected by this secondary move in position and any related physics.
I’ve got an abstract bat with flapping wings and body made from emitter with spheres which I’ve baked, then deformed with metaball and Smoothing. I’ve also got a MoGraph Cache on the particles as well (not sure if this is overkill). I would like to animate the position of these baked particles however when I try to do this, the baked particles always jump back to the original position they were in when they were baked. I can’t seem to find a way round this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
