This may be a simple task but I have googled and searched to no end and nothing seems to be answering my question or solving my problem.

I am trying to keyframe so as to animate a shape’s look over time…(ie. have a 5 point shape change where the vertexes are in relation to each other) This is a little more advanced than transforming the entire shape, I need to change the location of each vortex of the shape individually (ie. some sides get longer and some get shorter).

Is this possible without creating a tone of work?

    Thanks in advance…

You can animate a Shape layer just as you would a mask. Go into the shape layer’s Contents/Shape/Path and set your keyframes.
