i’m trying to animate a logo that has a line along with ten teal ovals. is there anyway to animate these ovals with a camera and lighting effects that would allow them to look 3-d in version 5.5.
otherwise i’ll have to do something more simplistic.

    thanks,

    jeff

I guess answers are slow here because it’s not all that clear what you want.

Of course there’s a lot of ways to create strong 3D-look material in 5.5, using 3D layers, maybe using effect / simulation / shatter and adjusting shape / extrusion depth (and switching off gravity and the two explosion forces ..)

i want the ovals to look as though they are 3 dimensional, like eggs.
