now since it’s taking lot of time i would like to use this animated white lines made in ae itself like this
    https://images.creativecow.net/299442/whiteline.png [source comp]
so my idea is using this layer as source to animate the opacity the main comp using expression
can you guys help me out with expressions i need

    thank you in advance

Do the white lines in the source comp consist of individual layers with opacity property? If so, put this expression in the opacity property of one layer, copy expression only and paste to all other layers in the main comp. It will copy the opacity of the white shapes based on layer order.
    comp("source comp").layer(index).transform.opacity
