    Hello, my name is Ryan.
I have a few videos that I have been working on. I have animated digital effects and motion graphics over reduced “to scale” quality video(at 720).
Now the director would like a high quality version, he has sent me “4K” at scale.(was shot in 4K).

I’m having a brain fart, what is the best way to swap in my 4k over the 720 and scale up my animated motion graphics?

I though i could just make a new comp, turn off the 720 video and put the 720 comp over my 4k video and scale it up 450%… but my blend modes are not carrying over and I did not account for my adjustment layers… I’m just alittle back wards.

    any advice?

cool, thanks. I’ll check it out. last night, i got away with pre-composing effects and null objects, and pre composing elements; then scaling up 450%.. it was’nt too bad, but some of my masks paths went alittle crazy.
