Animating dots to connect and form and image…
Hi all,
A shot in the dark here;
I am trying to think of ways of animating dots (maybe particles, maybe not) that will connect to each-other and (maybe while zooming out) will form an image (a static image, a video or a comp).
My thoughts are going in different ways right now and I thought it wont hurt to ask here…
In my imagination I see a few dots with connections between them, making more and more connections to new dots and while I zoom out a whole image is revealed. I hope I make sense at this late hour 🙂Any input is greatly appreciated!

I will get into the research.
Plexus sounds like a powerful plugin. I hope the learning\research curve is not steep.
I did use connect layers a while ago, but not with a huge number of dots…
I will look at everything.In the meanwhile I made a super quick and dirty render to clarify my quest.

I would like to make “connections” between the dots that are slowly forming the 2d image…Appreciate your time and thoughts…
