    Hi all,

    Thanks for your effort.

    I have been trying to animate a signature, just as it is explained in the tutorial by aharon rabinowitz. However, when I arrive to the point where I apply the “roughen edges” effect, it is applied to the withe solid layer, but not to the signature.

    Could you please help me solving this problem?

    in the Stroke effect change Paint Style to On Transparent

    Thanks julian06,

    If I do this, the effect is clearly applied to the stroke. But when I export the video, the background is black and not white as I want it to be.
