Animated writing on image
I am looking to have someone create an animated image for me. It would consist of a wave coming into shore, then going back out to sea and as the beach is uncovered, words would be written in the sand. It would loop indefinitely.
Is this something anyone would be interested in taking on and if so, what would you charge me for it? What it would be used for is on a Benevolent Protective Order of Elks page.

I doubt you will get much response here. Animating water, though it can be done in After Effects, it is a job for a more rigorously 3D and particle based system. Try googling freelance animators or contract digital animation. You might contact Andrew Kramer and see if he knows of anyone who is capable of such a shot.
