Animated Title Backgrounds
Hi people,
I’d like to know how to go about creating animated title backgrounds like this one:

I’m guessing I need to use After Effects, which I’ve just purchased. Can anybody please explain what I have to do, or point me in the direction of any relevant tutorials or other information?
