    hi,
i am just learning AE on my own,
i am very facinated by the tutorial, “Building an animated stroke in AE” by dean velez

i have downloaded files, i have tried on my own, but am getting stuck up in the last step – when he says render with premultiplied – no alpha

please help me understand what it means,

at the moment when i play the timeline, the entire stroke appears at once, it is not writing as shown in the project sample – what could be wrong?

    thanks for the help

    thanx for all the help

render with premultiplied – no alpha => look in the output module in your render queue, you have the paramettres for RGB/RGB+alpha/alpha(you want RGB), and Premultiplied/straight
