    Hello,

I’ve got a bunch of stuff “symmetrified” in my scene, but I need to animate this turning off during the animation. Is there something that works along the lines of the Display Tag which I could keyframe to achieve this?

I know there’s a plugin to switch symmetry on and off, but there’s no mention of it being animatable:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

in each Symmetry object’s Basic tab you can keyframe the Enabled property to turn it on and off.

    D’oh! There it is!

The “Basic” section of the Attributes Manager so rarely has anything useful in it, I didn’t even think to look there!

    Many thanks!

the x-ray setting in there can be pretty useful too at times (that’s just display not render but at times it’s pretty good)
