Animate smooth text appearance
Hello
Can you help me to understand how to animate text appearance like here in the begining? https://vimeo.com/79251831 [0 sec – 2 sec]
I guess I make it just with animator ‘position’ in text but I don’t know how to make it appearence not per character , but whole text -

Dan Ebberts posted a reply to this exact question like two days ago. I know you’re not the same person, but here’s what he came up with. Add a position animator on the text layer and move it down below the base line of the original text position. Set a track matte to obscure the text start position and add this Expression Selector to your position animator
