  Animate Percentage of Repeater

  I’m basically creating a dial that has multiple rectangles in a repeater around the circumference. When the dial is at “4 oclock” I want that rectangle to be a different color so if you animate the pointer the rectangle it’s pointing at will change color. I can do the effect with a text layer I just cant figure it out with a shape repeater?
