  • Animate a shape layer away from his anchor point ?

    Hi all !

So I’m working on a little animation, here’s what I have right now :

Every piece of the shape is made using a shape layer, each piece is in his individual group. I’d like to animate each piece so they move away from they’r each anchor point.

Every anchor point for every group are at the same position :

Right now I’m using an expression on the “size” value of each group. It’s working, but it’s not quite what I want cause, even if each pieces are moving away from anchor point, they’re also scaling up, and that’s not needed.

Is there a way to do it ?

    Thanks a lot !

19 years old french guy, sorry if mistake in my message

How about resetting the anchor points to the layer centers, using a null object at the center, parenting everything to it, then using an expression to keep the original scale in the individual objects while scaling the null?
