  Anchor Points Shifting When Scaling Down

  I’m having a problem in adobe illustrator CS6. Certain anchor points will shift out of place when I scale down. I need to scale logos to 50% of their original size for icon purposes and it’s annoying. It’s not really noticeable at 100% but if you zoom all the way in you can see they are out of place.

  Yes, I’m holding shift to constrain proportions and im using the directional selection tool with all points selected.

  It’s driving me crazy and no one has been able to help
