I want a lot of hexagonal shapes laid out as in the above link to flip/rotate around the Y-axis.

    · They stop at 180-degree increments (0-180-360-540…)

    · They move as if being blown by the wind from left to right, but with artificial, continuously flowing movements and a bit of randomness, rather than a natural simulation of the wind.

I am trying to make it by adding a keyframed animation to one layer and adding the others in a delayed expression using layer indexes, but thought that perhaps there was a way better way than this. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
