  An easier way to tweak subtitle timing?

  Hi,
  I’ve got many hours of footage that has been translated and transcribed into Inqscribe but lots of it is slightly out of sync. So I need to be shifting in/out points of subtitles a lot over hours and hours of footage. Any suggestions on better software to do this? The premiere caption interface is pretty clunky and also doesn’t have many options for exporting the subtitles file. Inqscribe isn’t very efficient at this at all as it isn’t timeline based. Appreciate any ideas. Thanks
