  American CS3 upgrade (from UK)

  Hi chaps, since being made redundant cash has become a little tight though I am keen to keep ‘legal’ software-wise. Does anyone (probably from UK) know if there’s any reason why I can’t buy a CS3 upgrade from the US (there are some on ebay) ? Thanks for your time Roger
