AME 2020 and 2021 Crashing in OS 10.15.7

At my wit’s end here. I only upgraded to Catalina a couple months ago. Last week, Adobe CC had a sudden crash and I had to re-install the whole thing. Now, when I export from PP 2020, AME 2020 won’t open at all or generates a crash log. PP 2021 and AME 2021 crash on opening. I’ve talked to both Adobe and Apple and the most likely fix sounds like a Big Sur upgrade, but I’m not ready to do that. Is there a way to universally remove all my plugins or something? I’ve already de-installed and re-installed. I’ve got work to do and this is wasting hours. TIA.
