AMD vs Intel CPU for Vegas Pro 16
I am looking to build a new Vegas Pro 16 computer and would appreciate some feedback on a CPU to purchase.
It was always indicated in this forum that AMD CPUs were no good to use with Vegas Pro but now I am seeing some techs on YouTube videos recommending the new AMD Ryzen CPUs for Vegas. Stating that they are somewhat comparable to Intel CPUs. The Ryzen 2700x appears to be smimlar in speed to the i7 but also cheaper. I would appreciate some comments from the the Vegas pros in this forum and their recommendations.Thanks so much,
