Hey, anyone know how to get rid if the yellow on ama clips? I did a transcode/relink to offline media, and it worked fine but the ama clips are still yellow?

When we link and transcode, we delete the linked “clip” and use the “.new” file. You can edit a SEQ and transcode what you want then relink to the transcoded files and ignore the AMA links or delete them since you can always link again. Don’t know if this is what you’re asking.

They are always yellow in the version of avid software you are using.

Starting with MC6 your AMA clips willl be signified by a new icon…and not colored yellow.

    Hi John,

Sorry if I am being unclear. After transcoding I close bins, unmount ama volume, and relink ama clips to 10:1 footage. The clip relinks to the media on the unity, but when it relinks it becomes yellow again. Trying to figure out why
