Am I the only one upset over C4D’s new pricing scheme?
My stomach is still turning after having read the news. The modules are gone and, in my case, the only way to upgrade and keep what I have now is to go all the way up to Studio R12! I should have gotten R11.5 while I had the chance. I think Maxon just lost a lot of customers.

It’s similar to what Adobe did a few years ago with CS. I had to pay a LOT of money overall as I had purchased individual items vs. “packages”. Truth is, people will pay because alternatives are limited. BUT, they don’t forget. Time has a way of changing, and loyalty vs profit does not benefit the company in the long run.
