    Hi,

I am trying to create a ‘liquid molding’ effect, with a human shape subtracting from a square polygon. The boole effect seemed like the obvious choice, but the polygons start to fracture and don’t look good. I wonder what would be the best way to achieve this? Not sure how I can model inversely into an object?

    Thanks!

turning off High Quality in the Boole *might* help clear the obvious extra polys – other solutions would be Volume Builder/Volume Mesher in R20 (or maybe the xpOVDBMesher in xparticles if you have that), …or displacement from a heightmap if the model doesn’t submerge but it looks like it does in the image…

    Hi Brian

Thanks for this, it looks like Volume Builder/Volume Mesher is the way to go! Much appreciated.
