Hi There. I am looking to export a clip of movie in Frame-by-frame .bmp files to put in to Photoshop so i can add some filters. When i put them back in to Premiere, they are all 6 seconds (or minutes can’t quite remember now!) is there a way to change this default setting so when I re-import the frames they are 1 sec long each? At the moment I have to change them manually which is very time consuming! Thanks 🙂

If you are using Premiere Pro you do the following:

Edit>Preferences>Still Images and set the ‘Default Duration’ to the number of frames you want the still to be. If you are using the standard NTSC 29.97 frames/sec then put 30 in the box to make the stills last 1 second each.
