  ALpha Channel on Texture not working on Export?? Eg.

  I applied a fire texture to a plane and then applied the fires alpha. It looks great when I export without alpha but I am wanting to seperate out in After effects. As soon as I check Export with Alpha in my render settings it comes out look like this… Please help!
