I’ve created a moving effect to put over a background video.
The graphic alpha channel is on V3.
The graphic RGB is on V2.
The background video is on V1.

When I play it back the black that is supposed to be transparent,
is not completely. I see a bit of non-opacity in the movement.
it is a square graphic with a picture inside, and you can see the square moving.
I just want to see the picture, but I see some of the square becvause the
    black is not completely transparent.

    Any idea why this is?
    Thank you for any ideas.

Where are you doing the Overlay? In AE? Sounds like you are working in an edit suite and your imported matte got its levels adjusted to broadcast safe colors (which would make the black grey).
