Alan-Whats the rule about 2 computers?
I would like to put my program (PI) and both my home computer and my work computer. Unfortunately things are not so busy at work and I could learn more about the program there. Do we have to buy another license or can we somehow use the same one?

The rule is that if you own both computers yourself and you are the only one who will be using particleIllusion on both machines, you can install on both. Otherwise, you need to purchase another license.

Thanks for the reply Alan. No problem I fall within those parameters. Just need to know if the procedure is to download the program again and use the same activation number I have from before?

Download again: yes. Use same activation number: No. Activation numbers are machine-specific.

Once I get it downloaded on my second (office) computer how do I go about getting it activated? I have downloaded the demo, what now? -
Step 2 is uninstall the demo — it can’t be activated. Email support at wondertouch dot com.

I have deleted the trial version. I have downlaoded from the link you sent and installed on my office computer. It will not take my serial number from my home installation. How do I get another serial number, or do I need one. Sorry for all the trouble.
