    Hi–

    We’re having a bit of a time configuring our new K2 card to work with our SD-Connect converter box. Sent email and left voicemail at Aja support at 11am today, and have had no response as of 7pm. Is this typical? We chose Kona over BMD largely because of good word-of-mouth on support.

    Yes. I sent an email to Aja and cc’d my reseller about colour shifts in FCP 5 with the Kona 2 cards when using HD and they have not responded to me. Tomorrow it will have been one week. Two days ago I sent the email again and still have no response. My reseller is very good and knows I have a legitimate concern, so he is going to follow up on my behalf.

Two days ago I sent the email again and still have no response. My reseller is very good and knows I have a legitimate concern, so he is going to follow up on my behalf.
