AJA Kona works in MacPro under Bootcamp Windows
I’m not really into Windows but I had a client who needed a 5.1 surround .wmv file created and the only cheap solution I could find was Sony Vegas since Final Cut Pro does not do surround sound. I had Windows XP installed under Bootcamp on my Mac Pro and installed Sony Vegas. Just for the hell of it I installed the Aja Xena Drivers and my Kona3 showed up. I was able to view HD video under Windows on my mac using the Kona3 Card. Pretty weird what you can do.

Premiere Pro also does surround. And it also works with AJA cards…it makes me want to buy a Mac and try it out.

Have you done any more work in this mode?
Has anyone else tried this?
I asked my local AJA dealer about this some time ago and he said the cards would not be supported in a Bootcamp cross-platform mode.
