September 5, 2011 at 11:05 pmWithout more details from you, it could be many things. I also have the LHi card and CS 5.5 and have it working pretty well.
Did you use an AJA sequence preset? Are you getting video monitoring in the preview window and not the timeline? Have you checked your cables, connections, etc? Are you using the AJA player and not the Adobe Player in the playback settings? (Look in the preferences, and also you can right click and set the playback settings in the program monitor.)
I have found AJA tech support to be great- try them as well.
Good luck.

I don’t get any Aja presets in the preferences of Premiere Pro. i just get the premiere settings. I’ve installed aja software and firmware. Where are the aja sequence setings?
Thanks

September 7, 2011 at 2:35 pmOn the “New Sequence” screen (File/New/Sequence), under “Available Presets” you will find what you are looking for.. At the very top of this list is the AJA folder. Inside are a variety of sequences presets that you can select from.Choose the one that matches your majority of source clips.

September 7, 2011 at 6:41 pmDid you install the AJA Premiere CS5.5 plugin as well as the AJA driver? Maybe that is why you aren’t seeing the AJA sequences in Premiere. Check the driver download page – you need both to run smoothly.

You have to download the AJA Premiere Pro plug-in package. It’s on the same support page where you download the AJA Drivers.

November 15, 2011 at 5:59 amWhat if you want toedit a SD 24p project and have it display on the Lhi output? Have you found a way to do that?
