AJA Kona LHe capture issues on PC

Hi all, I’m a newbie so forgive me in advance. I’m having issues capturing with AJA Kona LHe through KL Breakout Box/Machina application for Windows.

I’m using a Panasonic AG-7350 SVHS VCR connected to the KL Box through S-VIDEO-2 BNC (Y/C) cable and 2 RCA-2 XLR cable. Unfortunately the VCR has not RS422 I/O.

I still get the picture, but no sound even though it’s correclty configured in the Machina “Capture Options” panel (Audio Input=Analog) while audio cable is OK.

Besides, nothing happens when I press the capture button (in “Capture Now” mode). Where am I going wrong? Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you.

I don’t know how but I managed to make the capture work at last while the sound problem still exists…

Finally i got rid of sound issue.
