Aja Kona LHe and 23.98 Down conversion.
I was about to order the Decklink HD Pro when I found out that it does not support 23.98 down conversion. I am now looking at the Kona LHe and want to make sure I can down convert my DVCProHD 720p 23.98 footage to SD on the fly. I shoot my footage with the HVX in 24Pn mode (if that helps).
Is this possible? Has anyone had any problems doing this?

Sure the Decklink downconverts HD 23.98 to SD 29.97. What gave you the idea that it doesnt? Says so right on the product page.
The Kona LH does this as well, FYI.
There is no such thing as a 23.98 SD format. ALL NTSC SD formats are 29.97.
