AJA Kona 3X for PCI-X machines
AJA now has the Kona 3X on their product page for folks who are still running Apple G5 PCI-X machines, but would like to step up to the Kona 3. The big thing you get is the HD 720-1080i cross conversion which is huge in our workflow. Very cool for AJA to release this and it looks like it replaces the Kona 2 as that is no longer listed. The 3X would have been a redundant product anyway.

DUDE! This is HUGE! Now I can get the Kona 3 for my Dual 3Ghz G5! And do my own outputs to D5…cross converting 720p to 1080p.
