AJA Ki Pro Quad – not booting up, unless connected to computer via thunderbolt and AC power adapter
Hello everyone,
I have a AJA Ki Pro Quad for sometime, it works fine but suddenly it didn’t boot up by only on v-lock or other 12v battery packs, unless connected to computer via thunderbolt and on AC power adapter.
i would love to hear your thoughts.

Is it the power distributer from the v-lock mounting plate? How many volts coming out of the mounting plate?

Hi Warren,
I’ve checked the voltage of the V-Lock plate on its D-Tap, it reads 12.45volts.
i would love to hear your thoughts?
