  AJA Ki-Exo-R0 (Ki Pro Exoskeleton) Alignment Pin Issue

  Hi,

  I have an AJA Ki Pro with a AJA Ki-Exo-R0 cage.

  I sent the Ki Pro (with Exo Skeleton) out on a shoot, and it came back with the alignment pin detached. Like, completely detached – and it doesn’t look like there is a way to properly put it back in

  It looks like a key part underneath the sliding plate (which holds the alignment pin in place) has been lost or broken, because the pin won’t go back in at all. I don’t remember what this part looks like for the life of me

  Can someone shine some light on this please?

  I would like to know what is wrong, and where can I get hold of a spare part?

  The cage is very expensive, and for such a simple thing to make the whole piece of kit useless is a bit disappointing!

  EDIT:

  It turns out that some idiot had just somehow managed to bend the metal tab (which is suppose to be springy).. I have no idea how this happened, as the only way you could bend it is if you tried on purpose. I contacted the supplier and they were very helpful in making sure I recieved a replacement!
