    AJA I/o Svideo noise

    When connecting a live S-Video signal to the AJA i/o visible noise is present in the signal. It is most noticeable in solid-color areas.

    At first we thought it may have been a bad connection or cable..so we went direct S-Video from Camera into Monitor– Noise is gone.

    We swapped out S-Video Cables still present.

    Then we moved to a second I/O– which showcased the S-Video Noise also.

    Could this noise be generated by an electrical (inwall) phase conflict?
