AJA io produces Green distorted line on Control Monitor during Playback
Hey Gang,
we have a small issue with the AJA io devices. During playback it will show a Green Distorted Line at the Bottom of the Screen if there is no Clip in the Timeline.
This is a bit Fatal since we do sometimes real time Dubbing and Recording from timeline.
Now is this normal and we should pop in a Control Track (Black) like in the Old Analog days?Thanks

That’d probably be the quick fix, but let’s back up a minute.
Which io? Which OS? Which codec? Which QT? Which FCP?
Please tell everything about your system and what else is hooked into it and when you see this line.

The Timeline is a NTSC DV -
Have you updated the drivers for 10.5.3?
