Sorry but that is not a function of any Aja product,

there is not a miraculous tool here, if you want to work and deliver 24p material you need to shoot 24p material in-camera to start with or use the software tools from Nattress or have this done in hardware at a company like Filmlook.com — they specialize in that conversion.

You can’t as your timeline is 59.94 and output is 23.98. The Kona does not do frame rate and image converison of this sort. You will need to get that conformed with external hardware or try your luck with a software conversion.
