Does F.C.E. HD 3.5.1 offer a tool(s) that acts as a Photoshop-like airbrush to utilize in, for example, covering video containing a dead (white) pixel with similar color(s) from nearby background colors? Thanks in advance.

Double layer the clip, mask off the top layer, move it over slightly and add a feather touch to it. this should “Mask” the dead pixel.
This works well for me when I key something that has a simular key color in it.
