Make sure you got the script exactly right, and that you actually saved it. Go in and tripple check it.

Unless the batch option is not available at all (and that has happened to some people) It’s almost definately a problem with the script.

That’s the only advice I can give you. Sorry.

I got the script right
damn

Once i go to tools, illustrator live trace then i pick my preset and a place to save. after i press ok, it seems like it does something but when i got to the folder, nothing happens.

I would suggest you try it first with the orignal script and see if it works – it will only do 10, but at least you can test it.

Then if it works, copy the script again and use the new copy to try and redo the script. You may have inadvertantly messed up something else in the script an not realized it. It’s happened to me.

Lets try and solvew the problem here. THat way other people who are having the same problem can get help as well. Also, one of them may have already solved your problem.

Do you mean the line numbers? You need to find the line with the same text – the line numbers are unimportant. It varies I’m told.

If it’s not the numbers but rather the code that varies, I’m by no means an expert on this. I got a lot of help for this, one, but I’ll see what I can do. Please give some fine details here.
