  AG-HPD24 P2 Deck “disconnected” in P2 Store manager

  Hi!

  I’m currently reviewing this P2 Deck for my company, but I seem to have a few problems:

  -I get connected to the deck using USB 2.0, with file access to the P2 card and an obvious connection to my computer. But when opening P2 Store manager or for example power management settings i get the status “disconnected” at the bottom window line, and all the options are greyed out. I’ve been reading the manuals and been searching online, but have not been able to find a solution to this problem. I am working in windows XP 32bit, and the driver has been updated successfully to the latest version.

  And, if anyone has any detailed knowledge regarding the menu settings on this deck:
  -Are there any way of getting a full summary of the contents on the P2 card? for example total duration of the clips?
  -Is it possible to assign a user-button to do playback of all clips on the card?
  -Are there any easy way of selecting all clips in thumbnail mode?

  All answers are very velcome!
