  Aftereffects 2022 must be installed to import this file

  I had to install AE 2022 just to be able to import a template file into Premiere, but now it’s telling me I don’t have AE 2022 installed when I definitely do. Is this a known error? I came across somebody with this problem, but there was no solution. Wondering if anyone here knows how to fix this.
